At KCML, our staff are our pride and joy. Each of our teachers are highly qualified with a degree in Early Childhood Education or the Human Services Field. There is an administrator on-site during all operating hours. Most importantly though, they take joy in being fully-dedicated to the education and growth of our students.
Director and Pre-K Teacher
Ms. Luci is a Certified Pre-K teacher and along with being the Pre-K teacher she is also our Director- a dual. Luci has always loved working with children and began her teaching career 12 years ago.
For the past 6 years she held a dual role at a preschool in West Chester where she served as the Preschool Director and Pre-K teacher. During that time, Luci created a comprehensive literacy-based curriculum which offers the perfect combination of learning and playing.
KCML is thrilled to be implementing this curriculum. Luci’s energy, passion and understanding of the importance of early childhood learning is what motivates her to want to provide the highest of standards for our youngest learners!
Maggie Michael joins us as an Assistant lead teacher in our Beginner's program. She graduated from King's College with Bachelor Degrees in Criminal Justice and Mass Communications with honors. During her education, she was the captain of her college basketball team, coached their local Special Olympics team, and represented her school as an Admissions Ambassador.
Maggie grew up in a large family which is where she developed an interest in early education administration and management. She is planning to get her masters in the near future as well. She has a genuine enjoyment in helping children grow.
Kids' Clubhouse of the Main Line was founded by Angela Bruno in 2019.
With the support of her husband, family, and friends, she decided to create a modern center that focused on offering a literacy-based curriculum taught by qualified teachers.
Angela is blessed to be the mother of 3 active girls- Avery, Evie, and Nora, and also to have a loving a supportive husband, AJ. She enjoys spending time with family, finding unique and delicious places to eat, and reading a good book.
Meet our Beginner's Program teacher, Ms. Brittany! She has her Associates in Early Childhood Care and Education. Ms. Brittany's favorite part about being a teacher is developing a child's love for learning. She believes that learning should be through play, reading, writing, and asking lots of questions! She believes that peaceful and positive transitions occur when children are given a verbal cue. Ms. Brittany feels that this allows the child to understand that there will be a transition coming and helps them look forward to another fun activity! Some of her favorite things to do during her free time is to go on walks, organize, decorate, and shop!
Ms. Summer is a student at Montgomery County Community College, pursuing an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She plans on attending Arcadia University to complete her Bachelors afterward. She has always known that she wanted to be a teacher and began doing so as soon as she graduated from high school. Before that, she was a camp counselor, pee-wee cheerleading coach, and a teacher's assistant at her former elementary school.
Her favorite hobbies are hiking, reading, and thrifting. Whenever she needs a break, she takes a trip to Jim Thorpe to hike and thrift for books in town after. She is so happy to be at KCML and loves watching the students learn.
Ms. Jena is a co-teacher in our Pre-K class. She has been with KCML since it opened in 2019. Jena attended Cabrini University and graduated with a degree in Education Studies and a minor in Leadership.
During her free time she loves volunteering at Nana's Attic, a thrift store that supports the Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County. She also loves baking, being outside, spending time with friends and family.”
Ms. Gianna is our Co-Teacher in the Preschool class. She graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelors in Psychology and will be furthering her education in the Masters of Education at Eastern University. She first knew she wanted to be a teacher when she volunteered at a preschool for a community project in college and fell in love with all the aspects of early childhood learning. Ms. Gianna taught social emotional and behavioral programs at an elementary school near her college and taught kindergarten prior to joining KCML! One of Ms. Gianna’s favorite things in the world is being an aunt to her 10 year old nephew. Some of Ms. Gianna’s other favorite things are spending time with her three BIG dogs and her friends.
